Over the past 10 years, Sewart Supply has relied on Roger McChargue Construction (RMC) for all their renovations and new construction in Morgan City and Harvey, LA. RMC works closely with Sewart managers and other operational personnel to renovate their office space and work area in phases in order to not interfere with their daily operations.

Renovation of the Main Dining Room – 2,500 sf, Renovation of the main dining room required re-configuring the entire room, installing a new AC system and duct work to distribute the air evenly, and new woodwork, floors, wall coverings, ceiling and lighting.
Renovation of the Lounge Area – 1,700 sf, Renovation of the lounge area included upgrading the finishes to achieve a look cohesive to the main dining room.
Renovation of the Banquet Room – 1,700 sf, Renovation of the banquet room included re-configuring the room, upgrading the finishes – new floors, wall coverings, trim, ceilings, and improving the AC duct work and lighting – to achieve a look cohesive to the main dining room.
Pharr Chapel United Methodist Church
Morgan City, LA
Pharr Chapel in Morgan City was constructed in 1850. The United Methodist Church contracted with Roger McChargue Construction to modify and upgrade portions of the Pharr Chapel. The modifications included creating openings in the walls of the choir and alter area, which required installing concealed engineered steel beams within the existing walls. Additionally, we were able to create an ADA access to the church and new flooring.
